We would like to thank our community for the continued support of our levies, and for those reaching out to offer additional supports. Our RSD staff have done a great job embracing new technologies and we look forward to continued growth.
When staff and students are away over breaks we have the opportunity to provide the next level of tools and services to support student learning. With this new unplanned hiatus, and as long as we are permitted to work, IT staff will be accelerating some of our levy deployments.

The Riverview School District is committed to using the best technology and software to support student learning. As we transition to schools being closed, we want you to know there are a variety of tools available to teachers, students, and parents.
Microsoft Office offers a full suite of productivity tools. RSD is 100% Office 365 / Cloud Based with content. Students can login and access all of their school content at https://portal.office.com.
Microsoft Teams is the digital hub that brings conversations, content, assignments, and apps together in one place. Promote equity and student voice with collaborative classrooms, connect in professional learning communities, and communicate with staff - all from a single experience in Office 365 Education.
Skooler is a Learning Management System that works on top of Office 365 and within Teams. It offers a custom platform for teachers, students, and parents. IT will be offering training videos on the use of Skooler in the coming weeks.
The RSD IT Department has a tool called apParent to keep parents engaged and allows management of their student’s laptop from a mobile device. Parents can lock the screen, set working hours, and send messages. Please make sure your email address in record is current as that it how we mach the parent and student.
Please use the district hotline (425.844.4544) or the email email@example.com if you have any issues with student devices. Using these channels will provide the quickest response and remedy.
The RSD IT Center is located at 26531 NE Stella St in Duvall - directly behind the district Educational Service Center. The IT building is now closed per state order through the remainder of the school year. IT support staff have shifted to remote operations. Appointments are available via hotline or email.
We understand that not all families have internet access at home. RSD is committed to providing the necessary tools to ensure equity of access for all students:
Mobile hotspots for school specific usage under the following conditions:
District IT will bind the student laptop to the mobile device
Use of other family / personal devices is not permitted
If you require access to a district mobile hotspot, please use either the phone hotline or email and we will do our best to accommodate. Please also note that hotspots use a cellular signal so may be limited or non-functional in certain rural locations of our valley.
Limited access to RSD buildings:
RSD buildings will be closed to public access, but Wi-Fi signals are available in the parking lots of all non-gated buildings.
